P365-Day 70: Corbet Fall, Kaladhungi - Nainital
This small & scenic waterfall is nestled amidst green forest of Ramnagar range and got its name after the legendary Jim Corbet. The place is just 10 kilometers from Kaladhungi and is located two kilometers from main Haldwani - Ramnagar Highway.
There is a entry fee to access the fall and Swimming is not allowed there. The path from main road to the waterfall is well maintained and beautiful and offers a variety of flora ad fauna. Height of the the Corbet fall is approx 30 ft.
The area comes under Forest Department and is maintained and developed by Ramnagar Forest Department. The surroundings is beautiful and occasionally you can see wild animals and birds.
