P365 - DAY365: Different perspective

It was on 27th August, 2017 when it all started. I decided to publish a photo story everyday on my blog and facebook for next one year and termed it as Project365 (P365).  Well, this idea was in mt mind for long but I would like to mention here those person who motivated and guides me to brought this idea out from my imagination to reality... My wife Sunita Rawat and friend   Sunder Singh Mehra made it all possible and last but not the least it was all possible because of all of you who liked and shared my posts and guided me to do better. It was all for you. Well signing off for now but will soon return with another project. Till then...Happy photography. Well today's picture is captured in Venice, Italy and this is the picture of same building taken at different angle and shades.

On the penultimate day of this Project 365, I am posting a memory from my last Chopta trek. This particular picture was taken at the Sumit, peak Chandrashila from where the views were spectacular. And also I got a candid shot of my fellow trekker preparing for the shot.

P365 - DAY363: Valley and Mountains, the magical duo

Today's post is dedicated to one of the raw beauty of nature. The combination of mountains and valley. This straight out of postcard picture is taken en route to Tunganath Temple in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand and views from this point was truly amazing.

Well, it's quite amazing to watch the giant of jungle in a playful mood. Though this was tamed for domestic use still it was thrilling . I witnessed it in the Cheela Range of Rajaji National Park, Dehradun.

P365 - DAY361: Sub-framing

It is a photographic technique in which the main subject is captured through a secondary object which acts like a frame with in the frame. For example in this picture I clicked my friend's bike (main subject) through the front disc brake (sub frame) of my bike.

P365 - DAY360: Sahasradhara (सहस्त्रधारा), Dehradun

Literally meaning thousand fold spring, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations of in Dehradun, Uttrakhand. The place has a water stream which drips from the limestone stalactites, it abundant in sulpur and thus the place is known for its sulphur springs. This place is at about 11 km from the city of Dehradun and plenty of road transport facility is available to reach there.

P365 - DAY359: Souvenir

Rome is the city full of culture and history. Every nook and corner of the city has its own story and importance. These masked caught my attention in a souvenir shop near Trevi Fountain.
