Today's photo story have two very contrasting images. One is of the mighty Himalayas and others  is of a Village woman. Though they are completely unrelated to each other yet I chose them together. It's only because of the common link...strength. But sometimes, I wondered who's is more stronger? The women are backbone of every household in hilly region. Particularly in Uttarakhand and Himachal area. Their day to day life is nothing but a challenge but their rock strong will power does it all and that too with a...smiles. And that's the strength which is beyond comparation.

The Naukuchia Taal (नौकुचिया ताल)...aka "the lake with nine corners" is one of the most scenic and green water body of Nainital district. It is situated just a few kilometers from Bhimtal and offers a splendid blend of water, land and mountains. This time, I am sharing some HDR pictures of the Lake.

Situated in New Delhi, India this is one of the most iconic structure of the city. Built in 1986, it is Baha'i house of worship which is open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification. The signature lotus shaped design of this temple makes it stand apart in the architecture of modern world. Not only this, the building has received many prestigious awards for it expressive design and it is one of the most visited tourist and relegious  place in India.

This temple of lord Shiva is situated in Dehradun-Mussoorie road and the unique part of this temple is offering money as donation ( दान ) or gift ( भेंट ) is not allowed here.

Yesterday, these flowers captured my senses in the morning. They were blooming in the backyard and offered a very cute and lovely composition which I am sharing with you.
